Proofpoint Spam Blocking

To help control junk email on campus, Wabash ITS has licensed with Proofpoint Protection Server, a service that keeps junk mail from ever reaching your email inbox.



Logging In To Proofpoint

You can log in and check your settings and see quarantined messages by opening the following web site: www.wabash.edu/spam

Log in using your Wabash username and network password.



Managing the Safe Senders and Blocked Senders Lists

Once logged in, you will see the Lists section of the Proofpoint quarantine manager.  Here you can manage your Safe Senders List and your Blocked Senders List.  To view and edit each list, click on Safe Senders List or Blocked Senders List under My Folders in the left menu.

To add an email address or internet domain to a list, click on New in the toolbar at the top of the page.  Enter the email address or internet domain in the text box provided, and click save.
